One of many facilities maintenance projects that our team completed at this property. Here is a great example of a unique and challenging project that showcases our team’s ability to protect infrastructure while performing. The scaffolding was erected to act as equipment protection to critical infrastructure, as well as provide access to where windows were being replaced. We managed and oversaw installation, disassembly and removal of the scaffold systems, and then replaced window systems, including new head flashing and caulking of exterior metal panel systems. The existing finishes were protected throughout the entire process and the opening finishes, including window stools and blinds, were restored post window installation.
