Evolve Fitness (In-Progress)

Construction, Design, and Management, Inc. completed four custom-built Himalayan salt dry saunas across two Evolve Fitness locations in Liverpool and Syracuse, delivering fully tailored wellness spaces designed to align with each club’s brand standards and member experience goals. Each installation included integrated mechanical, electrical, and finish systems, along with two custom get-ready areas per location to support seamless member flow and functionality.

Beyond the saunas, our scope expanded to several key facility enhancements, including the complete build-out of a contrast therapy room to support recovery-focused programming and the installation of durable diamond plating to protect walls within the turf training area. These upgrades were carefully coordinated within active, high-traffic fitness environments, requiring precise scheduling and attention to member safety and operational continuity.

Ongoing work includes the construction of two dedicated sales offices at each location and a new, redesigned reception areas, all executed with minimal disruption to daily operations. Throughout the project, our team blended durable construction practices with thoughtful, wellness-driven design solutions—supporting Evolve Fitness’s operational needs while elevating the overall look, feel, and performance of each space.
